Who We Are

CrossCover is a Managing General Underwriter created as an alternative to CAT-driven programs. We offer non-admitted property coverage for commercial properties across the United States. This spread of risks reduces carrier reinsurance costs and volatility to catastrophes while providing our insureds with broad coverage from highly rated insurance and reinsurance companies.

Our Partnership

We partner with a panel of strong, like-minded, A.M. Best-Rated carriers that understand commercial Excess & Surplus business and are focused on underwriting skills and results rather than distribution. We, in turn, tie the compensation of each employee to the underwriting profit of its carriers to align with their bottom line.

Experienced and Successful Management

Prior to CrossCover, the majority of our leadership team were executives at their respective insurance companies and have managed several billion of annual premium. We understand the E&S Market and have navigated through several hard and soft-market cycles.
